After grabbing my phone to capture my little price I realized the moment deserved much more.

I’m so excited about a the new tab above called “my daily muse”!
It’s little pieces of inspiration for me.
It’s what drives me to pick up my “work” camera and create!
It’s daily life happenings of the little and big moments that move me to live this beautiful life to its fullest!
This is a collection of my phone pictures updated in live time for our children to browse… and anyone else who’d like to see my “muse”. Since I started the “because I want to remember contest” I too have been inspired to take more photos of my every day with the ease and convenience of my phone. I’ve been using Instagram to share and host my images, and have since linked my images (even some achieved from my old phone) to update live at this link. Addi & Westin are already familiar with this link to look at their pictures. Isn’t technology grand!!!
Again, I share this as just one more way to hopefully help inspire you to capture your life! It really can be as simple as using your phone to document life’s happenings!
Xoxo,
Heather

Spending her days in Kindergarten means less photo opps.
It was time.
She’s always so sweet to pose for me.
She’s always so sweet!
She’s a people pleaser.
Especially when it’s for me, Kevin or one of her brothers.
She’s so so very sweet!
It’s a good sweet life!… especially when school gets let out!

more on this sweet Story soon; I told this baby’s Mama I’d share a quick image before finishing the rest!
These are the pictures sent in from readers of the days they want to remember.
I hope this will inspire you to capture the days you want to remember.
This has, in turn, inspired me to capture my every day on a new project I’m working on (I’ll post details soon).
Vote on your favorite image!
Since this contest began I’ve had many conversations with people who have said they are too intimidated by their camera and are therefore not taking the photos they’d like of their children’s lives. I’ve been trying to emphasize that when you are capturing a moment the technical aspect is not so important that you should let the moment pass by without capturing it; even if you aren’t comfortable using your camera (unless it’s one of those moments that’s just better to be 100% there without the camera between you and that moment). With time and practice of picking up your camera you’ll improve… but most importantly you’ll have more memories of your life captured!
I’ll announce the winner of a mini day in a life session with me in one week (Feb 28th)!
